She is brought up speaking English and Chinese and learnt Malay during her schooling in Malaysia. She's of Hokkien dialect and can carry out daily conversation in Hokkien. She can converse a little in Cantonese. She's the only child in the family, thus her parents dotes on her a lot. She's proud that her father had never had to discipline her. She loves all of her family members, even those that she can't stand. Her familiar is a book. Her passion for reading burns after she read Harry Potter. She enjoys watching game shows, especially Japanese game shows. She love day dreaming and take it as a way to make herself feel better. She enjoys laughing and do not like tears on her face, so she keeps her tears in the attic of her mind, constantly disappearing them. She'll be back in Singapore in year 2009, where she hopes to excel in the field of Engineering. Many might not know about this range of clothes, as it is based in Taiwan and it isn't available here in M'sia or even S'pore. One of the co founders of this brand is Sunnie Huang (also the main spokesperson), better known as Huang Xiao Rou. If you still dunno, she acts as Sha Jie in KO One and Xia Mei in The X-Family. Take a proper look at my background, she's the girl right beside Danson Tang, behind Arron. Also right next to the thumbnail black & white pic of Arron. If you still dunno, she's one of the members of '4-in-love', a girl group which Rainie Yang started out in, which disbanded already. For more about her, you can go to my links and click on *guiWA under Allies. I repeat, I love their designs. It is obvious that it is a girl brand, and yet not too sickly pinkly girlish. It has slight punk-ish and rock-ish tinge in their design. They also produce guys clothes la, actually, but their main thing is girls. This year, for my birthday, just get me one of their shirts, pants, shorts, shoes even skirts, ans I'll love you to death. Thank you. Music is Love. Monday, March 17, 2008 I do not know why, but my blog got deleted.Ok, so I know why. I wanna delete my Google email account as I'm not using it anymore. And then. They so sun bian. They deleted my blog as well. Funny thing is, i did not put my Google email for my blogger account. Anyway. Very frustrated. That person still hasn't realise her super duper big mistake. I tried being friendly with her and hint HEAVILY, not subtly. She still doesn't get it. What's more, she's still clueless. Fine then. Music is Love. Sunday, March 16, 2008 KEM BELIA BSMM 2008 ROCKS!!!!Well, there's some bad things happening and stuff, but overall, it's cool. The camp was on 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th of March at Foon Yew High School, Kulai. From Convent, Poh San, Mei Ki, Susu, Eunice and I went to be Helpers and Jenny, Vanessa, Xi Xin, Jia Xi, Jia Qi, Mei Foong, Agnes, May Kah, Shervynn, Yen Huay, Jia Yun and Ah Tu went as Campers/Participants. Eunice and Poh San are in charge of Practical while I and Susu in charge of CPR. Mei Ki’s Asst Camp Leader, so she gets the red collar shirt. First day, after we reach, we are asked to help the Mass Cooking Dept to wash the cooking utensils. And guess what? The leader of Mass Cooking, All Campers are then separated into 4 Platoons, A, B, C and D, according to their marching skills. Good at A, bad at D so on. Convent all go A. ^^ Then each platoon is split into 4 groups. Convent in Group A4 (no, not A4 paper). Then need to elect 2 leaders from each group. Mei Foong wanna volunteer, but scared people say she perasan, but after much urging, she stood out. GO GO GO CONVENT!! 4 of us, (w/o Mei Ki) went to help Iyan with Platoon A. Then we go to the stadium to set up tents. Just as we are about to start, it started drizzling! We continued. Then I saw Zi Qi!! Then we started talking, about 欧老师 tuition classes and all. After that, I walked about, helping those who dunno how to set up tents. In the end, I help this group of girls chase away a tiny frog. XD In the end, despite the rain, it’s the helpers who are totally drenched. Then, there’s dinner, our first time with the rice cooked via stonegrill (石头饭). Hard like hell, totally uncooked. And then, there’s ice breaking among the Participants, followed by a movie called,” Paying It Forward”. So sad… Poor Trevor… After the movie (while I was still grieving for Trevor), I and Genevynn go to the campfire place and found Poh San and Eunice there. Rather funny thing happen; Maurice was talking there, and then Genevynn ask, “谁在讲话？”. Poh San and I stared at her in disbelief and shouted, “SUSU!” And then only she realize. (P/S: Genevynn is head over heels in love with Maurice.)(Don’t say I say one) This is also when I and Xiang Yun decided to switch names. XD And then lights out. That’s when the helpers prowl the camp grounds. I and Genevynn goes to their sickbay to upload pics. Campsite helpers stayed up at night. Camp leaders got meeting with Ah Sir. And so on. Before that, 4 of us (w/o Mei Ki) went to have our shower. Then I and Susu rushed to sickbay. Eunice and Poh San stayed up to wait for Mei Ki and accompany her to shower. When I and Genevynn went back to our room, 3 of them are fast asleep. As we kept our stuff, Mei Ki and Eunice woke up and wished each other good night and sleep… 2nd Day!!! Morning exercise. Early morning, Mei Ki shook me up, to help her out with morning exercise. And then Kelvin got so worked up, how to make people high after a night sleep, especially first night out of home. After much coaching, he proves to be a failure… =.= Telematch and jungle trekking. Not much to talk about, except that Genevynn keep sleeping. Oh, this is also when I get to know Zeng Kang (Ah Gang) and Quan Wei (Lao Fu Zi (no joke, he looks rather like Old Master Q.)). Speaking of which, I really miss Ah Gang’s 4 beats laugh. He he he he… Lunch! Again, stonegrill rice… =.= Mass cooking turns out to be doing anything but cooking human food. Speechless. Skill Station! 1st station is Practical, 2nd, 3rd and 4th is Camp Craft, CPR and Kawad Kaki respectively. I’m at CPR. And among all those I taught, I also taught a set of triplets!! Yea, Y-chromosome triplets. They are so funny!! Dinner! Again, cannot eat one. No choice, either eat or go hungry, we chose to eat. At least, we eat the lauk. After dinner, there’s stretcher drill (Poh San in charge) and International Friendship Program. Genevynn, Eunice and me help out at folding paper cranes, which are made for Mr Chong Ah Ng, targeted to be 10 000 pieces. We took naps in turns. And then, there’s the long awaited sleep time. 3rd Day!!! Morning exercise! This time, Kelvin played Pirates of Caribbean with the Campers, and then 5 of us showed everyone the Macarena and Chicken Dance. Then we asked, who dunno the Chicken Dance. Melvin raised his hand from behind (he was standing behind and he’s the only one who raised his hand) and run all the way to the front. So we made him do on stage, with me doing the rhythm and Mei Ki showing him the moves. Just as we were about to graduate him, he shook his butt (very extremely) in front of everyone! I laughed straight into the mike. Everybody roared. This day, the first part was Fire Drill and Artificial Skin Faking Skill Station. Kita yang tak berkenaan duduk di kantin dan lipat burung sampai masa makan. Again, lunch consists of miserable rice. After the ‘cordon bleu’ lunch, The Skill Station 1-4 continues. This time, we get more helpers to help out. Distinctive happenings: Kelvin and I crouched down low to look for Genevynn. XD Also, Kang Sheng and his Huang Zhen Yi foot, which I and Genevynn calls is pig’s trotter. XD And then, 5 of us (Me, Genevynn, Mei Ki, Kang Sheng and Kelvin) found out that our feet can form a bar chart. XD Dinner! Will forever remember this dinner, coz finally, an eatable meal. I wolfed down the whole packet. Just in case, we bought Cup Noodles for supper later. Last activity of this day, 7 Principles Showbiz, where each group have to perform something. Tell ya, every group’s performance standard one. Got people fight la, etc etc and then Red Cross come out to help. Until group A4 (beams proudly). They wrote a song to ‘Tong Hua’, all about the 7 Principles. Man, even Sir praised them. Finally, lights out, but many helpers decided to stay awake since it is our last night. We folded more paper cranes. But I tak boleh tahan and took short naps in between. So does Genevynn, since both of us need to command tomorrow. Yes, unbelievable but true, I’m commanding in front of 2 groups, a number of 80 campers. AND I’m teaching 2 Camper how to command properly. Me? A commander? Thanks to whoever who suggested me la. Since it is also Melvin’s birthday, we sang birthday song for him, and then for the whole night (ok la, not exactly whole, but still) almost all the guys kena *** (it is in stars since I don’t know how to spell it), since it is Foon Yew tradition whenever it is somebody’s birthday. It involves lifting the guy up and bang his ahem against a pillar. Due to the fact that the rain flooded the campsite, all the Campers are required to rescue their luggage and sleep in the hall. 4th (and last) Day!! Yup, we did not step into our rooms. The morning exercise turns out to be keeping their tents. After breakfast (which I ate only 2 bites), I and Genevynn took off to teach marching. I’m in charge of group D1. Genevynn’s in Platoon A&B area, I’m not sure which though. Luckily, Iyan accompany me. She’s in charge of D2. During on of the breaks, I recorded Iyan singing in her ‘no voice’ voice. XD Finally lunch. Can eat la, the fried rice with eggs and chilli sauce. But I just grabbed my lunchbox and rushed to the sickbay to do the CD. In the end, due to a faulty OSD, the slide cannot be completed on time. Luckily, Sir realizes we really put in a lot of effort and this is hardly our fault. Poor Jun Jie, got so upset. I tried to joke with him, which he did not take as an insult, thank God. I said, “为什么你不性林？ 不然， 你的名字就是林俊杰.” (Why isn’t your surname Lim? If it is, you’ll be Ling Jun Jie aka JJ Lin). Which he smiled and replied, “对啊… 我发现, 名字差一个字， 人身变成很不一样.” (Ya la, I realize, just one character is different, our whole life became so different.) We spent the remaining of our time there asking for each other’s number and email.
